We are New Hampshire natives who found Rotonda in 2002. Vacationing for years in Florida we fell in love with the gulf coast because of the warm ocean water and friendly people here. Rotonda is a beautiful, quiet area unlike some of the busy places on the gulf coast. We decided to build our vacation villa after staying at similar type homes in Rotonda.
