What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa?

The villa holds 8 people in 4 bedrooms comfortably.

Are smoking or pets allowed?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

How far away are the gulf beaches?

The villa is just 15 minutes from the beautiful Gulf coast beaches.

How do we locate/enter the property?

Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc.?

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, etc are provided for your convenience. Due to personal preferences for these products guests may need to purchase additional paper supplies during their stay.

What entertainment is provided?

There are 5 TV's in the Villa. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a TV w/ DVD player and the Family Room has a 32" Sony Television, separate DVD player, Playstation 2 with games, Karoke, and an assortment of board games. Located in the living room is a stereo with CD player, stereo speakers in the ceilings throughout the house and pool area with individiual controls for stereo sound in the entire house. We also have a library of books, DVD's, and CD's.

Is the pool heated?

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85°).

What services are provided?

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

Do you have internet access?

We offer internet access for your complimentary use... just bring your laptop! The house is set up for a wireless connection. There is also a printer available for guests to use during their stay. Upon your arrival, instructions for accessing the internet via our secure connection are provided.

How do we book?

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.

What if your villa is not available or I require additional accommodation?

We have access to similar quality housing within the Rotonda area and will happily direct you to the owners.
