We're back in Michigan and had a completely wonderful time in Florida. Loved your villa. You were right....all we needed was our swimsuits!!!! Very impressed with all the details you thought of when organizing the house. Never experienced a rental with such complete information, directions, everything explained so well. We'd like to know if you have your 2009 rates yet. We're possibly interested in renting for a month next year. Please let us know about availability and rates for February or March 2009. Thanks for making our 2008 vacation so relaxing and fun.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your villa. We have stayed in my villas over the years in Spain and Portugal, but they did not come close to the high standard found in your residence. My wife and I were so happy with the accommodation that she wants to leave the UK, buy a place Florida, spend 6 months a year there and the rest of the year in France.
In reply to your questions below, we could not fault the cleanliness of the house and pool. We had little contact with the management company and therefore we could not assess them. The air conditioning in the villa was fine but we found a setting of 78 degrees as more comfortable than 80 which was recommended by the management company. If we come back to Florida in the future we would use your villa and we will defineately recommend your place to our friends. My youngest son and I enjoyed the bicycles and used them on four out of the eight days we stayed. I cannot think of any improvement to your villa other than you could do with some wine glasses and instructions for use of some of the equipment could be placed in your information file with an idiots guide to their use.
I would like to thank you for hiring your home to us, and I made sure that my children enjoyed themselves but respected your home, after the great amount of effort that you have put into it.

Vanessa -- just wanted to thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your home. We all had a fabulous time and the house was just perfect. The way the bedrooms were arranged worked great with grandparents and our teenage son - everyone had their own space yet enjoyed the openess of the living area/kitchen. Of course the pool was icing on the cake for all. My husband and son enjoyed two days of golfing too which was very much appreciated.
